I have used Vann York on several occassions. The work is always well done. Staff is always very friendly. However, I had a hard time with rental vehicles and getting in touch with Vann York to get an update on my vehicle, as well as when it was completed. My insurance notified me that my vehicle was done and then it was another week plus before Vann York called and confirmed. I had a hard time getting someone on the phone to get answers. I completely understand that covid has changed the process for a lot of things including limited staffing. Overall I was pleased with the work.

I would like to commend the tech who did a phenomenal job painting my car. The paint matched excellently. Also the tech that replaced my headlights excellent. When I picked up my car it looked brand new and it’s almost 12 years old. And to the estimate advisor she was phenomenal.Professional and courteous. I would most definitely recommend Vann York Paint@ Collision to anyone. I’m very impressed with the work that everyone did. I plan on using them for future services and I will definitely refer family and friends.
