Most of the staff were professional, courteous, honest, and upfront. One person at the front desk (Patrick) was not, and he tainted my experience, and is the prime reason I will never return there, nor will I refer any friends or colleagues to B&B.

Unfortunately for B & B Body due to supply chain problems from Hyundai my car was at their facility for almost 3 months, once they obtained the needed materials it went pretty smoothly. Anthony & Patrick did their best to keep me updated, which I greatly appreciated. My only suggestion is to get rid of the text messaging bot who kept sending me messages with miss information.

When I dropped off my car, I was told to expect that it would take 24-48 hours for an estimate, but it took a week. It would have been nice to have had a follow up call. I was never called. I only found out that the estimate was complete and submitted to my insurance because I called since it had been so long.

The work they do is good, but the customer service is a completely different story. The completion date on my car kept changing with the updates coming only when I called to check on my car even though I was told they would keep me updated. This went on for a month while they had my car, so getting the job done in a fast manner like they say on their message is not the case. Since they had my car for so long, my insurance would not pay for the full amount of the rental car. This had happened to me with a previous time with B and B, and they picked up the cost for the extra time I had to be in the rental. This time the rental went over by a day, and the owner of B and B said they would not cover it. If you do not mind being without your car for a long extended time and have vary little communication from the shop with updates, and have to pay out of pocket for the rental due to them not getting the job done in a timely matter, than B and B is the place for you to take your vehicle to. They were even a “AAA” approved shop.
