Job was completed over several weeks but delayed due to the insurance company trying to squeeze everybody to get a better deal. This was supposed to take a day or two but took a month to complete. There is about a 2 inch, deep scratch on the glass above the panel that needed repair, which was not present prior to drop off. Multiple bubbles/imperfections in the paint on the panel and the passenger door. The paint is lighter in color which is noticeable as it wasn’t blended in with the back panel next to it. There is a noticeable indentation in the rubber piece above the passenger door that was painted, it was not like that prior. There are scuff marks/scratches in multiple areas and bits of bright green and orange in areas and inside on the passenger seat and driver floorboard.
My husband spoke with Bart who took pictures and acknowledged it as well and said it would be corrected, but we require the car for up coming appointments so we do want to schedule a day to bring it back to have these issues fixed.

Overall, the body and cosmetic repairs looked good, but I’m frustrated with how the issue of the missing audible lock beep was handled.
I reported this problem to your team via email on 8/27/2025 before repairs began. Unfortunately, it was not resolved in the course of repairs, and upon vehicle pickup we notified Irving Cobarruvias who stated we should instead to take it up with Toyota as a potential “wear and tear” issue as there does not appear to be any damage to that area. On 9/29/2025 Toyota-SLO has now confirmed the problem is a damaged circuit directly related to the accident — in other words, accident damage that should have been identified and addressed through the repair claim process.
Because B&B did not diagnose or sublet this to Toyota during the original repair, I am now stuck in a supplemental claim process with Travelers and facing unnecessary delays, potential out-of-pocket costs, and extra stress.
I expect a collision repair shop to catch accident-related issues like this (especially when I report them up front) and either repair them or sublet to a dealer with the proper diagnostic tools. This is standard industry practice, and not following it has left me in a difficult position with my insurer.
I hope B&B can take responsibility and work with me to make sure this situation is corrected and I am not left holding the bill for something that should have been handled in the original repair.
