Although I was satisfied with my experience, I felt the process was much longer than it needed to be. The people I dealt with were all very pleasant, and perhaps the length of time was out of your control. It appears that you have maybe more cars than you can deal with efficiently?

My only problem was I was told 2-3 days and it was closer to 10 days. I was lucky to have a relatives car so I did not have to pay rentals. I would have been very upset if I rent a car for 3 days and it ended up for 10. The actual work was excellent

Besides the fact that it took way too long, the car was promised near completion on two occasions and it wasn’t ready. When I picked it up one tire was low and the car was not aligned properly which instead of taking back and waiting forever again a simple fix I just just had it done and paid for it myself! The only person that is always ready to help and serve was John Scerbo which is the only reason I use West Delray Collision!

The experience was terrible.
Constant promises that my car was going to be ready on a certain date whatever fulfilled. Repairs to my car and never should’ve taken 2 ****/2 months. Your website has an email address to contact you yet. It is not a valid one. I notified your office several times of this, and it still was never corrected. I was never able to reach your office by phone unless I went directly to the insurance prompt. Overall, this was an absolutely awful experience.
