West Delray had my vehicle for over 2 months done for a front bumper/ fender/ front grill job. I was given a front bumper that didn’t initially fit. The paint is scratched on the side. the grill doesn’t fit. Was told by the manager that I would get called when the front grill part arrived … still have not heard back from anyone. Terrible job to be honest.

Very great communication from the beautiful women in the front holding it down with this place being one of the only certified Tesla mechanical places it’s always packed and busy!! I always would rather wait for my car to be repaired correctly then have someone cut corners to try and get it done faster ????

This process with West Delray Collision Center has not been easy or a nice customer experience. I have never experienced lack of communication with a company as I have with WDCC. I was told that my car would be ready on July 9th, and I drove the 40 minutes to the shop to find out it was “the wrong Mazda that was ready”. Then I was told it would be ready July 22nd, which again, was a false statement. This has been frustrating, specially since I was paying for the Geico Enterprise Rental Car since June 23rd. I returned the vehicle before I departed to the airport on July 30th. I was not aware that your shop had loaner vehicles, and I was not aware that my car parts did not come in until 2 weeks after I turned my car in, which both options could have saved me money. I had been in communication with the team about emailing me (not calling as I was going international) and dropping off my car at the house whenever it was ready as I was traveling to Canada arriving back to FL on 8/10, with work on 8/11. They had agreed to do so, however, while in Canada I saw they had called me multiple times, expecting me to pick up the car. Once I called back, they had no idea my car was meant to be dropped off and I had to re-explain everything, even after confirmation that it was all going to be notated. After discussing, we finally succeeded in agreeing on a compensation price and my car to be dropped off. Once I arrived late at night on 8/11, it took me less than 3 minutes to notice a missing part to my car. A missing piece should not have occurred specially after a so-called inspection was done to my car. I spoke to Rick on the phone about solving the missing piece, and he was the only nice thing to come out of my experience with WDCC.

There was zero Quality on the first attempt of pick up. Tried horribly to hide scratches that they caused. It was so bad it was comical. That being said the owner did go above n beyond to correct issues. Some that really shouldn't have occurred in the first place. I'm still finding spots that weren't polished where bugs got in the clear coat. But it's not worth the hassle to drive down there. I've seen the work the shop is capable of doing. It just wasn't done to my car.

The repair estimate was too expensive. The estimate exceeded the insurance estimate by over $10K, resulting in our car being ‘totaled’. I would have expected you to explore lower cost options on parts and provide estimates based on the level of repair. We didn’t need an equivalent to a new car, just a repaired car.
