When I sent my car to International Collision, I was given a two week turn around time frame which was good since my insurance gives me a 30 day rental car. That date changed at least 3 times and I ended up paying for a rental for 10 extra days and having the rental company calling me at work daily to bring their car back. I have my car now finally and several of the lights on the dashboard are on and my steering wheel feels a lot more lose than before which was probably a result of the accident but that means it wasn’t fixed.
