Thank you for your customer service and the work you've done to my vehicle. this is the third vehicle of mine that you've worked on I choose you because the first two were done via Geico insurance claim when my wife ran into my SUV that was parked in the driveway while she was pulling into the driveway. I chose to do this one out of pocket for my personal car that is my toy and cosmetic corrections wanted. when I received the vehicle back the repairs weren't done right it looked like somebody just merely gone over a touch of paint and it was not correct so it makes me think you don't have a quality control process in place for somebody that is willing to pay $2,000 out of pocket for repairs. Alex had agreed and got the car back in the shop and insured the repairs were done correctly it really means a lot that the shop stands behind the work and if something is incorrect they will correct it, definitely made me happy to see that.

It's has been more than two months that you have my car, and you know that after an accident the insurance pays only **** month of rental car that is not a professional job. at the beginning, your where giving me the uptade for my car but you where moving the completion date every 5 days. around the 10th of October you call me that my car was ready, when I got there I found some more damages on my car and the part that you fixed was not stable; you kept my car to fix that when I called you few days later you said that you send the cote to the insurance, so you didn't want to do the job once because you knew that when I found anything your will send the cote to the insurance to get more money, only thing that you know is money you don't care about my car. I send back the rental car 6 weeks ago, how do you thing that I manage to go to work? how can you keep my car for more than 2 months? I will come during the week and take my car and I will never refer you to somebody else. I have the worst experience of my life with you.

I wondered why International COllision didn't touch up the paint scratches near the damaged bumper. they wore not caused by the accident--but would have required almost no paint and almost no labor--and would have resulted in presenting a really spiff completed job.
