I am not satisfied for the service at all. It took more than 3 months to figure out the missing body parts. Original estimated delivery date was March 21st , unfortunately I still do have a definite time line for my car repair completion date. I still feel technicians will come with some missing parts again after quality check.

I am satisfied with the repairs and the promptness of initially reaching out to me about the repair plan. However, the repairs were delayed due to waiting on a part and this was not communicated well to me. I called at the end of the repair estimate window and was told an eta of 2 days with no mention of waiting for a part. The completion date was pushed back multiple times and ended up being ready more than 2 weeks later.
