Wasnt excited about the delay...was supposed to be ready Friday evening, wasn't finished until Monday night. More updates during the scheduled finish day should be sent out...such as if it scheduled to ready at 4p, at noon send a "on track" or delayed text. As it gets closer 2hrs, 1hrs also update.

The rental car portion was the only dissatisfied experience I had with Overton. My rental was not ready. My rental car arrived 31 minutes late. They dropped two other vehicles before mine. Laura (Enterprise) called checking on my rental. I heard here tell them that 10 am was not feasible. She also called someone name Tim. Watching Laura demeanor and her words, she was not happy with the answers.
As for the Body Shop from the beginning when my vehicle was inspected to when I pick it up “It was great!” Great customer service.

The repair so far looks good. However I have a low tire light on my dash and theres a new squeak coming from the back side that got hit. It took 2 months for the work to be completed. It's not that I'm entirely unhappy, I am happy. I just wish it didnt have issues still.
