There was not cooperation when it came to picking up the repaired vehicle. I received a. All about the completion of the repair and was expected to pick up the vehicle right away otherwise I would have payed the rental car for another day. Two days after picking up the shucks I found a broken part that was not broken before and not we have the inconvenience to have to go back to the repair shop to get it taking care of.

After my car was "completed" 4 days after is was supposed to be done,, I was quite upset to discover that a soft drink had been spilled and left in my driver side seat, cup holder, floor board and between the seat and console. Also there was a streak of adhesive 2/3 of the length of the back passenger side window. Although it was corrected (however it was still in the cup holder after we picked it up the second time) it's very upsetting that whoever made the mess,decided it wasn't important enough to clean up. I just can't understand why a company that's as big and reputable as yours would present a "completed" product to a customer in that condition. Aside from that, we were pleased with the updates and the body work in general.

The areas on the vehicle that was repaired has bad buff marks in it and paint looks terrible. Couldn't see the day I got it because of the weather and it was raining. During day light very noticeable and looks terrible. The staff was great though. Very friendly and welcoming. Would like to get this fixed and repaired the correct way.

The final work was fantastic. Despite weather delays the team was good at communicating and explaining where we were at in the process. only issue was the time it took to get in bit that is a testament to how good Overtons is at what they do.
