As always, I was impressed with your service from making the appointment to picking up the final product. Unfortunately I've had reason for your services multiple times (deer, old ladies and traffic circles), every time has been exceptional. Definitely thankful to Garrett for going above and beyond to accommodate my schedule several times and just exceptional knowledge and service. The text messages updates were very entertaining. I received a message this morning that my car was precisely 53% complete and would be ready at 4:42pm on Feburary 2nd. Then, miraculously only 43 minutes later I was left a voicemail saying it was finished and being cleaned up! I called later that day and it was ready. They did an awesome job, my car looked as good as new. I was impressed with how fast these speed demons finished the last 47% of the work! The pictures of the job while in process made me feel like the car, my beloved Volkswagen Jetta was truly special. As if it was in a hospital operating room. I was so emotional when I came to get the Jetta I sobbed for hours, tears of joy. I was just so thankful that my car made it through this tough time. I will do my best to keep my car safe from the dangers of the road from now on. I will make that my number one goal in life. Also it looked like someone wiped around a few areas inside with a dirty cloth. Other than that the interior was much cleaner than I remembered!
