I really appreciated the updates sent to keep from informed on the progress of repairs. There was no guessing on how long I needed the rental car. I think that this is a very organized and professional organization.

Attention to detail was not there. Car was presented with a small dent in the new surround. There was some sort of residue on the vehicle and the hood needed to be aligned better to even it up. Walter was great. I will need to bring my vehicle back when my schedule allows for the minor ding to be repaired.

Quality of tyke work is very good, and it was timely. I appreciated tyke fact that y'all kept me informed throughout the process. I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked the car up, our daughter had been using the car, 17 years old, it wad filthy when it wad dropped off, inside and out. When we picked it up, it had been detailed, inside and out, not immaculate, but 95% better than it was when we dropped it off.

Staff was very easy to work with at all levels. Thank you for the updates on the progress along the way. I would have liked a little more explanation of what exactly needed to be repaired and the work involved in doing so, however that is more or less for curiosity sake. Lastly, I wish more was done by way of forecasting parts and labor to prevent the loss of the vehicle for an additional weekend and subsequent need for a rental vehicle for longer, however I understand I am not the only customer to accommodate. Thank you again, the vehicle turned out great!
