The accident happened in PA. Because of Overtons excellent service, we elected to wait and fix the car when back in NC and Overton could schedule us in. Yes, we think they are that good!

The inspector was professional and efficient and the ladies that worked the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The email updates throughout the process were very reassuring that everything was progressing as was agreed. While our repairs look great - so far - we were inconvenienced with the finished date being pushed back not once, not twice but THREE times. And since we were leaving on a family vacation, we were forced to pick up an unfinished car only to have to bring it back to complete once we're back in town. Plus side, they did wash my car.
