Very pleased with the service of Pacific Motor company staff, both now and from several years ago on a different repair.
Less pleased with the USAA support, though admittedly they were just following their procedures and eventually issued a payment to me.

Your employees are cheerful, polite, thorough, excellent behind counter plus outdoors. One problem was the communication didn’t happen with geico and enterprise, which I was assured geico requires Pacific to be the‘middleman’ and would happen. I arrived to drop off car by appointment and no rental car arranged. It worked out smoothly but could have been a problem for different customer on different day.

Within two weeks of the repair, adhesive holding the tire guard in place became visible. This tells me that not all of the appropriate processes were followed and makes me wonder if there are other issues waiting to present themselves.
