I was not given the update on my car status. I had to call every week to find out what was going on with the car.
A large car part that was not needed or damaged was left in the trunk. So, the materials in the job were not disposed properly. Now I have to figure out where the throw that away.

It's not completed yet! I do have my JEEP back, but they still need to repair the suspension, back hubcap, and rear bumper still has damage. Plus the initial repairs took far too long... A day shy of 2 months. All in all, I like the people in the Front office, but not impressed with the work done or the time it took. Plus the interior of my JEEP, especially in the rear compartment, was very dusty with a white powdery dust. It was super hard to clean out.
