My repair never happened. After bringing my car in for an estimate I was told I had to wait 3 months, then another 2 weeks and then another two weeks. When I finally was told to bring the car in I was called after three days and told that an obvious crease in the body near the taillight was missed on the original estimate and therefore a new one was sent in to my insurer. The new estimate resulted in my vehicle being totalled after waiting over 4 months. So, although your work quality may be superb, your estimator's skill set appears to be lacking.
