You guys did excellent work! In the original survey I was sent (which I can’t remember very well now), I believe I only gave lower ratings for a couple categories, namely communication. My wife was without her car for twice as long as she was originally quoted. I get that it happens - but no one ever called us with an update, at any point. I work nights and ended up losing a lot of extra sleep getting up to drive her to and from work.
Anyway, like I said, zero complaints about the work done, and if there had been more communication my responses on that survey would have been positive across the board.
