Took 2 months to let me know that my truck was totaled; I understand that it was busy time but that is a long time to go without a vehicle.
More importantly the truck and canopy windows were broken while my vehicle was in your possession and now I have to repair the canopy. I am still awaiting a call or some compensation, or further clarification.

The warning alarm for the back-up monitor shuts off when placed in reverse, when I dropped off the truck for repairs it worked fine. I have been very busy and unable to bring it in to be looked at due to a family member in poor health. I can still use the truck but I have to be very careful backing up.

Apparently my final supplement has still not been submitted to State Farm. When I brought my car in they said they would also deal with the water in the driver's side rear door, that was not corrected. It felt like pulling teeth to get any answers or a clear direction as to when my car would be done. I've been a customer for 35 years and this has been the worst experience I've had getting my car fixed.
