Lindsey McGoff was a star from the minute I got there, and even lobbied hard for me to get OEM parts rather than after-market parts, which made a big difference for me since the car was still very new when someone hit it. She really cares about the customer, and they work well with Geico! She went the extra mile and didn’t try to cut corners expense wise, even though it meant the shop had to eat a little extra money. Great experience and customer service.

My car was repaired by Friday 6/14 but waiting in detail. By Monday at 2pm it was still waiting maybe will get at 4pm she stated. I did not care if my car was detailed or not and picked up my car by 2:30. You should offer this this free service but let the customer decide if they are willing to wait 4 days in my case for a dang car wash. Very upsetting to know i could have had my car early Friday had I been given the option

I was happy with my service but my car is pretty new (under 7000 miles) and whatever products were used in detailing process have left a nasty chemical smell in my car. i'm very unhappy about it.
