The Service King rep called me on thursday saying my car might be ready on Friday. I called Friday to inquire about the status, my cal was not returned until six hours later saying my car might be ready on Saturday and he would call me. I received no call on Saturday. I called at 0930 Monday morning to again find out the status of my car; this call was returned nine hours later. I use my car for work and being unsure when I could get my car made it difficult for me to schedule jobs appropriately. That being said, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair itself. My car looks just like the day I got it.

My car looks amazing and everyone was very nice and helpful through the process. This was my first go with a situation where my car was hurt and I needed a rental for it. Please share a huge thank you to Addie at the Murfreesboro Rd center. When I was trying to call Enterprise by phone to confirm my rental, I was accidentally directed to her phone. She took care of finding out my claim and confirmation numbers, even called Enterprise and made sure a car would be ready and called me back after hours to let me know. I call that going beyond the call of duty. Love the friendly service!
