My car took twice as long as it should have, without so much as a phone call from service king. When I finally got my car back, it had brand new scratches that now having to go back again to get fixed. Worst service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Will never go back.

They went above and beyond to get my car done. I have only noticed a couple issues with the car and that is when they replaced the drivers door their tool they use to Pull the inside door panel off ripped the panel. There is also still a knock in the front end from the accident that is noticeable when turning the steering wheel backing up. I appreciate the hard work everyone did for us

To start, the automated notifications about the car status were not accurate. It’s my personal opinion that these should not be sent to customers if they are not providing accurate updates. I received a message at 9am that my car was almost done and i'd be notified in the next hour if there were any issues. I hadn't heard anything else all day, so i called around 3pm. When i called to confirm the car was ready i had to call back 3 times to have someone give me a straight answer about the status of my car. They sounded surprised that I’d received a message which made me think the car was never going to be ready. However they said it would be one of the last ones done that day. When i went to pick up the car, the repair was laughable. I demanded that they keep the car an additional day because their initial "attempt" at fixing the car was not satisfactory (ie a screw fell out after i barely touched the splash screen and the “repaired” bumper the bumper was not lined up properly leaving a gap between the headlight and bumper, and there were chips in the paint that were not there when i dropped the car off). My second attempt to pick up the car started with a mid-day call (around lunch) to check the status. I was told i would receive a call back shortly.... I did not hear back for three hours. At 2:55pm, I received a call asking if i was on the way (even though I'd never been told the car was actually ready or heard back after my call). This time the work was correct and completed, with the exception of the chipped paint that they tried to tell me was from my driving the car less than 2,000 miles. Ultimately the bumper was fixed (minus the chips in the pain of my BRAND NEW vehicle). The process was very painful and will not be returning for any future work.
