I received a message from geico that my vehicle was complete. After driving 30 minutes to the shop I was told it wasn’t complete and had to drive another 30 minutes home. I then received a text message from the shop at 5:43pm that my vehicle was ready and the shop closes at 6pm. Again, I’m 30 minutes away leaving me no option to pick up my vehicle. Lindsey was enjoyable to work with and the time of repairs was incredible, but the digital communication was awful.
