It was not easy to see the repairs due to the dirt on my vehicle. I did not drop it off filthy so I didn't expect to pick it up so dirty. Usually body shops detail your vehicle after repairs are made. I will not be recommending this body shop. Care and concern for my vehicle is important to me.

The paint job for the bumper is great. Keith was exceptional during the quoting phase as well as when the repairs were being made. However, after my car was completed, it wss left outside and there were 8 different bird droppings on my car including the freshly painted bumper. There is not many things that will ruin a car's paint worse than bird p..p. I brought my car to you ad I read online reviews about service king being the best out there.it is disappointing to pick up your car and clean up for 30 minutes after repair is done.

The tech forgot to install the skid plate that belongs underneath the car. I had to take the car home without it on and have to come back to get it installed.
When I returned home I realized there was a large chrome piece missing from my bumper.
There are multiple large scratches that were not on the car prior to it being delivered to the shop. As well on spots of white paint on the passengers door.
The person from Service King I worked with was very pleasant and polite. But I rarely got an update without calling and was told muliple times that the car would be finished within 24 hours and that did not happen.
I'm not very pleased with my service and will be letting my insurance company know to not send anyone to this location.
