After a couple items identified that needed to be corrected it took a couple extra days to get repair completed. After I left the Service King location, I noticed what I thought was dirt mark in windshield that was replaced, when I arrived home the is a 12 to 16 inch scratch in middle of windshield. I know there were no scratched in windshield I provided because I work for the glass manufacturer and know it was inspected as pen replacement. I will be contacting the Service King Center in the morning. I am also disappointed with the overspray that covered background filler pad between front facia and bumper. I was pleased with the response of both the General Manager and Shop Manager in resolving my paint repair issues
