From the time that I dropped my car off, to the time when I picked it up, the staff was friendly and the service phenomenal! Keith kept me informed throughout the repair process and my car was actually delivered to me ahead of schedule. My car was clean, completely repaired to my satisfaction, and the shop went the extra mile to buff a small scratch they noticed (that I did NOT point out). WONDERFUL!!!
The last time I took a car to this facility for repairs I had a horrendous experience: my car was not clean when I picked it up and the trunk panel was not replaced properly, causing water to enter the well where the spare tire was kept. I kept taking my car back, but the shop could not find the problem. By the time I realized the cause, my spare tired was completed rusted and useless.
Service King redeemed themselves with this repair! I will recommend this location again!

The repairs weren't gone over with me, never had anyone walk the vehicle with me. After getting home, I looked closer at the truck, and it looks like bumper was painted, and new fender was put on, with no attempt to space the hood/fender, fender to the bumper, and hood to headlight. Basically, it is very obvious that there has been work when looking at the truck. The bumper isn't seated properly due to the fender being in too far, and this can be seen from far away. I truly expected to have the truck looking much better.
