I recently got some work done at the Service King in downtown Nashville TN and Lindsey was my person of contact. She was awesome and I would like to commend her on services rendered. It seemed to be a long and hard day when I dropped my car off and she did her best to make sure that I aware of the process. Recently on a survey, I mistakenly gave her all 4s in an attempt to rush through the process. As I reflect on that, that was a silly mistake and Lindsey should be commended for her work with me. If there is anyway we can make this right with Lindsey McGoff and I would love the opportunity to do so. If the manager could give me a call, that would be great. I dropped my Lincoln off by recommendation of my insurance company after an accident. I was notified it was complete but when I came to pick it up and there were still several issues going on with it so I gave my vehicle back to the shop. When I was notified again that it was finished, I went to pick it up. Everything looked good until I got to my office and popped the hood to check my fluids and see the work and the hood would not latch down. Now I am having to take my Lincoln to a Ford Lincoln shop to make sure everything is fixed correctly like myself and my insurance company has paid for.
