Car looks great. I was contacted several times when it was noticed that additional repairs were going to be required, and as such it would take a little longer than expected, which was fine. The representative on the phone was courteous, knowledgeable, and to the point.

Was told that they needed to schedule the pickup of my car so they can clean it. When I picked it up the car was delivered filthy both inside and out. My windows inside and out were covered with gritty dust. My new rugs and seats billowed with dust when touched. Lastly, my car is covered with dirt and hard water spots. I reported this while at the shop and over the phone. I sent a few photos but the hood, roof, trunk and rear bumpers and lights are covered in reddish dirt and hard water spots. Because the car sat in the sun the water spots etched into the car.
