When picking up car:
Had me sign incorrect paperwork (for another car), left a voicemail saying I didn't pay the $500 deductible, picked up the car with wax residue on bumper applique and window molding (asked to remove it, it is still there), have a dash cam and saw techs under the hood constantly jumping the battery (came in for REAR bumper work) and that's just day one.
