It's my second time having cooks repair one of my cars. Both times it wasn't done correctly the first time and I have to argue to get things done correctly. This time I feel I was lied to regarding what was actually done, and have yet to have my vehicle retuned to the condition it was in before the accident. Though I appreciate Cody and Heather, I will not have my car repaired by cooks ever again! I will express this to my insurer also!
