When I picked up my vehicle and they told me that they had replace the new molding on the rear left passenger door! It turns out the new molding got paint chips on it or some other paint on the new molding!!

I had noticed some other scuffs and the Cooks Rep acted like I didn’t point it out. So when I repeated myself, he said “don’t you remember we went thru and marked what was already there when you brought the car in”. I pointed out that that scuff wasn’t there when I brought it in and he said he’d have to see the pictures. So I said go ahead and look at the pictures. He came back 10 minutes later saying he’ll have them buff it out. So I asked if it shows on the pictures and he said he wouldn’t say whether it was or wasn’t in the pictures. I thought that was very rude and disrespectful the tone and attitude he gave me. Aside from him the Cooks Reps were very nice.
