I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with cooks collision. Every single person that I encountered there… From the receptionist to the auto staff to the supervising personnel were absolutely outstanding in their customer service. I am a little finicky, so sometimes I know that I can be a high maintenance customer. But in this case, I can honestly say that every single person at Cooks Collision treated me with respect, dignity, and a genuine friendliness that I really appreciated. Also, I must mention that the coffee that is there in the Keurig in the lobby is the absolute best coffee I’ve ever tasted. Thank you Cooks Collision. If I ever have any other auto needs like this I will definitely be returning to you!
