My repair is incomplete. Ben called me and told me that were waiting on one final small piece for my car but it was still drivable so I could pick it up and come back for the piece when they got it in. It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything. I called already and got no response. If the part was paid for, it needs to be put on the car.

It’s almost impossible to speak with someone (ie in a meeting, at lunch, etc.) That’s not great but what I find really aggravating is that no one will return calls. While the portion of the repair that was completed was well done, the repair was not entirely finished and no one has the courtesy to contact me.
