My car had obvious damage to the passenger side rearview mirror from being sideswiped which was not addressed the first time and I had to leave the car for it to be rectified, so I went longer without my car.

I would like to see the anchor bolts for the bed of the truck covered in rhino shield or whatever it is called just like they were when the truck went in to the shop.
Also, from Day **** I have asked for information concerning a bumper problem that occurred prior to the current incident. If I have an email that has gotten lost, I will apologize, but to my knowledge I have still not received an estimate after asking on 4-5 occasions.
