My vehicle was damaged during repair. The repair itself is satisfactory, but during the painting process the bag used to cover my vehicle was applied and removed incorrectly causing damage to the clear coat covering the entire vehicle. That isn’t even the bad part. I understand mistakes happen. But blatantly lieing and saying my vehicle was like that when I brought it in, is a complete smack in the face and a total attempt at blaming the client and not taking responsibility. I will be pushing this matter to the fullest until those involved take responsibility and admit it was a mistake. We deserve to be made whole. Who ever is in charge or the owner of this facility. I would greatly appreciate a call at your earlier convenience.
