Camelback collision was pleasant to deal with, did a great job with the repair and finished ahead of schedule and worked with my schedule for pick up. Have used them before and would use them again if the need arises. Great customer service! Very satisfied.

It felt very unprofessional. After the estimate (which I thought was the appointment, not just an estimate), I received an email that had an attachment with the estimate that wouldn't open and the email had no logo or professional signature. I submitted the email to a Phishing site and it came back inconclusive. I called the number from the email and the voicemail wasn't understandable. I never received an updated email with the initial estimate, I was just given the estimate number after I called the front desk with concerns about the email. Furthermore, when I finally saw the estimate the day I dropped off my car, it said 3 days for repair. Though I was updated on the increased cost, it still said 3 days. I was car-less for 11 days. This was cash pay, no insurance to deal with. No explanation for the delays.

We were initially told we had an appointment with a representative but when we showed up he wasn't there. A girl checked us in and looked over the car and asked if we could leave it. That is what we thought we were doing since they needed to get a repair estimate. She said we would hear back in 24-48 hours. We waited over a week and had to call multiple times to get an estimate. We finally got an estimate. A few days later we heard from the insurance company that they were going to deem the car a total loss based on the cost of the repairs. The estimate sent to the insurance was nearly double the estimate we were sent. The whole experience seemed unprofessional and unorganized.

David and the team were professional and pleasant to work with. The work done looks good. My biggest concern is Toyota's process when dealing with vehicle issues. There was no single point of contact and communication between departments is lacking.
