Part of my dash is missing. The door locks do not work on my passenger side door. My check engine light was on and my driver's side door keeps squeaking when it didn't before. I know the extent of the job was a lot considering the damage but I was hoping for the length of time my car was in the shop everything would be fixed and not have several things come up afterwards.

Sloppy job. The rear bumper you can still see the scratches, it seems that they were in a hurry to get the job done. I will never take my car to you guys again.

My daughter had to bring the car back twice, because there were issues with the repair. I had asked that someone contact me directly (I own the car) after she brought it back the second time, and no one ever did. I had to contact USAA, because it was clear when we brought it back the second time that we were going to have to pay for the rental. UASS intervened and Camelback did pay for the rental in the long run. We had to have the car towed the first time we brought it back in and my daughter was stranded in a dangerous location waiting for the tow truck.

I won't ever take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs. They were communicative, responsive, and very informative. They bent over backwards to help me through the process and to push my insurance company to get everything approved so they could get to work. ANd they took it upon themselves to cover some damage that was a safety concern that the insurance wouldn't cover. SO great.
