Everyone who greeted me was extremely nice. The one gentleman told me about the damage on my car, how it would be fixed, and a general ETA of when to expect my vehicle back. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my car a few days later and the damage was fixed. They even cleaned out the glass that fell inside my car when the window was broken. It was easy to pay and my insurance worked with this company.

The repair was great, it was the complete lack of communication throughout the process that was the issue. I was told one date and then never again, even after many voicemails left.
