Items were missing from my truck that were there when we did the walk around for the truck and you take no responsibility for them. There were items that should have been returned I called and spoke with my adjuster and he was to have a manager call me, I called back asked for one and was not transferred, I sent an email to him and never heard back. I will never use you ever again and I have filed a complaints with the BBB and my insurance company.

I was frustrated by the delay in obtaining the replacement muffler and the fact that I must wait for another part which was unavailable to complete the repair and for which I am still waiting on. This was not the fault of collision center but rather a supply chain issue no one can control but still adds to my grief in trying to finish repairs so that I can install an anti theft device. And the fact that an anti-theft device cannot be installed by toyota is also frustrating to me. BUT, the Collision center staff especailly Manager Jose did all they could to lessen my frustration and did work as soon as they could. Thank you

My experience was very unfavorable with my service advisor. He tried to bully and intimidate me I had some lane assist problems showing on my console when I brought the vehicle In I didn't tell him about it because I had already taken the vehicle to showcase Honda to have them take a look at it. He saw this and he was going to attribute it to the minor accident that I had. State Farm advice him It had nothing to do with the minor accident and that they were not going to pay for it. He insisted on having the camera calibrated anyway, State Farm stated again they were not going to pay for it because it had nothing to do with the minor accident. he called me and told me that if State Farm did not pay for this that I was going to pay him $350 he was yelling and became very argumentative. I expressed to him that State Farm told you before you did this that they were not paying for this. I called State Farm and spoke with them they told me to have him Resubmit the invoice and, eventually they did pay for the calibration I did not feel like he was very professional I should have never been yelled at or bullied to pay for something that I had nothing to do with.
