Excellent technical repair and customer service. The repairs were accomplished on time and at the estimated cost. Joe, the customer service representative kept me informed every step of the process. I am completely satisfied and would recommend the center to family and friends.

The repair went well, but the customer service experience left me unsatisfied. The customer service never called me to let me know when my part came in, and they never called me with updates. I always had to call, and whenever I did the representatives said that they didn't know when it would come in and that they would call me back. It was a little frustrating because I would always have to call. Please improve your customer service experience!

I am NOT satisfied with the paint as there's an overspray. It looks sloppy. The cost was quite high and I expect it to be professional. I told your representative on pick-up that I was not satisfied. I was told to give it time as the overspray will lessen. It is my opinion, the overspray will not correct itself over time. Therefore, arrangements need to be made to have this corrected. I have to go without a car, again.
Also, employees (front desk) inside the building were not wearing face masks (Pandemic). I had to ask them to put them on. Not good.
