The service and repairs were excellent! This is our second time using Nissan Cerritos body shop
My only concern/feedback is about the customer service during the pick up time. They were very accommodating by keeping my car over the weekend as the job was completed early. After I picked up my, I kept getting calls and emails from Chris to pick up my car when I had already done so. I even got a call from Enterprise. As I had a rental that was already returned. When I spoke w Lydia about the issue, she reassumed me that it was noted my car was picked up. Anyway, 2 days later I was still getting emails. Maybe team needs to work on better communication.

2. None of my customizations were damaged.
3. The one customization most likely to be damaged, a wire passing through the damaged fender to provide an in-dash warning of an unlatched charging flap, was not only undamaged, but properly reconnected.

Sent email to me and car rental that my car was ready on a Thursday. I was told by a very rude girl that it was a mistake, will be ready the next day. I was charged extra day by car rental because of this.

No, I was not completely satisfied due to the lack of communication on behalf of the person assigned to my repair. It was a very frustrating experience. I’ve used Cerritos Nissan Collision Service prior with a much better experience. This time I experienced several delays without prior warning either before or after the time I was told to expect the return of my truck. I would only learn of the delay after calling to check on the status of the vehicle at the end of the day in which it was supposed to be returned to me.

Most of the problems were with previous employees. I was mislead on parts and thought 2 weeks for repair was a little extensive. There are a couple of flaws in the paint which I’m hoping will not be a problem in the future. The new staff was very nice and I hope you have better success in the future

Lack of communication throughout the process.
I understand that parts delays are an issue everyone is facing right now but my initial contact promised to give periodic updates as parts came in, and ultimately never responded to my requests for updates. Once parts finally arrived the car was declared a total and my insurance company was told the car was incurring “storage” fees.
I would have appreciated more prompt communication and a more accurate evaluation of the status of the vehicle, which would have allowed me to make decisions sooner.
