This is my second time using Cerritos Nissan repair and both times the work came out excellent and in a timely matter. Hopefully I won't need any more body work in the future but if I do, I'll definitely go to Cerritos Nissan.

Everyone at the collision center was kind and efficient. They were very easy talk to and are very responsive. Ive had experiences with other dealerships and it is a nightmare trying to get a hold of people. NOT HERE. Great collision center. Also recommended by Farmers insurance. I see why.

Inside of my car was dirtier than I took it in and there was still glass pieces inside the car in the back seat. Unsure how after having it for 2 weeks it still had glass and was dirty inside and out. Outside passenger door has a cement type substance that won’t come off.

Not fully painted and car must have been left with windows down as it was full of dust inside. I was happy with the bumper repair though just wish the team would have completed the job before calling me to pick up vehicle.

The people in the office were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed about the progress of the repair. My car looked great. I was going to take it to the car wash before bringing it in, but decided to wait. It looked pristine inside and out. I was completely satisfied with the entire process and would highly recommend your work.
