I was warned, when I brought the car in for the initial bid on the bodywork, that there was a possibility of hidden damage to the starboard headlight housing, and so I was well-prepared for the news that this was indeed the case. Likewise, when the car was passed over to the service dept. for preventive maintenance, I was called, and given the opportunity to accept or decline various services, according to my needs and my budget. Being able to have all of the work done while I was on vacation saved me from having to pay for a rental vehicle.

I had to wait 5 additional days. I had to call to check to see if and when my truck would be available..and noone kept in contact with me. I put in for repairs on 2 parts of my truck.only **** was fixed

Chris and his team did a beautiful job on my car all four times!!!! Funny, not funny. In the past two years someone has tried to steal my car twice and it has been hit twice while parked on the street. Chris and his team took great care of me each and every time. Chris Fotiades and his team did an excellent job getting the car repaired. He kept me well informed as to the progress of the repair and also with the insurance company we were dealing with.
