I especially appreciated the weekly updates that kept me informed on the progress of my car. Every person at the location was so kind, patient, and informative. I am a female, travel worker, from out of town and am never sure what to expect at car repair shops. Theron, Steve-O, and Nick were incredibly kind, honest, and helpful. Nick didn't only fix my van door lock, he adjusted the door and tightened the hinges! I wasn't expecting that and it meant the world to me. Thank you all at Ziems for such a great experience. You are my absolute GO-TO whenever I have any car questions or issues. When I picked up my car after the repairs had been made and I saw that the car had been super cleaned (detailed) inside and out, I was SUPER impressed! I had not been expecting that at all and I appreciated it so very much! It made me feel that if I ever have to have bodywork done again, I would definitely want to bring my car to Ziems Body Shop. Another plus was that the repairs were completed on the day I was initially told they would be completed! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! You all ROCK!!
