This is the second time I’ve had to have repairs done to my vehicle and both times my experience was phenomenal. From the estimate to picking up my vehicle. I was always in loop with what was going on and always spoke to and treated with kindness. I’d like to thank the entire Ziems team for going above & beyond while have my vehicle in their care. They even detailed inside & out which was AWESOME! I didn’t expect it but it was so awesome to pick the car up in better condition then when I dropped it off. Thanks again!

Took longer than anticipated. We could have used the car as it was drivable instead of sitting there for that length of time. 4 out 5 with satisfaction
