We are very satisfied with our experience at Ourisman. Drop off was quick and easy. We were notified of work that needed to be done and given a breakdown of costs plus estimated time to complete the work. updated frequently on progress. Once work started we received regular updates. The workmanship was great and we appreciated getting a clean (inside and out)

I am dissatisfied by the service and quality of work from the collision center. When I first dropped off my vehicle everyone seemed pleasant. This quickly changed when I pointed out that my vehicle needed a few minor adjustments. The manager did nothing to help. He argued with me and came off very aggressive. He didn’t listen to my concerns and wasn’t understanding at all. I tried not to create a scene inside of the establishment so I quickly paid and walked outside. Once outside the manager followed me to my car because I refused to let him pull it around. I was overwhelmed by my experience and began to cry as I was trying to walk away from the manager. He said “ I don’t know why you’re crying”. I said “ I just want my car fixed, I don’t care how much it cost.” He looked at me dumbfounded and just walked away. I would never recommend someone to this Honda location.
