I loved the professionalism of those whom worked with me while my vehicle was in Ourisman’s Honda of Laurel’s care my favorite part of the experience is when my vehicle took longer to repair then expected I receive both live and text messages keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle I loved that I could pick up my and drop off my rental car which save me time so that I could take care of my daily business I would differently recommend Ourisman Honda of Laurel to friends and family

Yes . Unfortunately I had to return for a hit and run. But I knew I was in good hands. John and his team are the best, they make u feel at home and give u the best experience during your car repair. I was updated Along the process, John always reassured me and kept me in the loop of the repairs times. I’m very pleased with the work , my car is a funny blue and it’s always matched to perfection. Thank you guys for taking good care of me and my car

Hi. The repair went well; however, two of the buckles in the backseat were stuck in the belt buckle pocket and we had a hard time pulling them out. It got to the point that I was going to return to the shop to have them pull them out, but, like I said, we were eventually able to get them out. In the future, I'd suggest that when someone has to do work that involves the backseat s/he makes sure all back seatbelt buckles are accessible so that the seatbelts can be buckled.

Defective part or hose disconnect on leaking wiper reservoir has not been resolved at this time. Driving 8 hours to have it fixed is not an option at this time. Waiting for local appointment to review and resolve is set for the 25th. Otherwise the rest of the repairs met with satisfaction.

A few things, although there was nothing that could be done about the air bag i needed being on back order.. my car sat for 6 + weeks and the mechanic advised me that i will need a new battery soon. Which i thought was unacceptable to have my car sitting for 6 weeks & not starting up at least once until the day i came to pick it up. Also, my window had to be replaced and it was tinted before the replacement but not after. Lastly, there was still broken glass in my car from it being broken into that wasn’t cleaned out. My car was ultimately fixed and repaired but those nuisances kept me from saying I was satisfied.

The car was in better condition than when I turned it in. The repair was made and they had my car detailed before returning it to me. The staff was professional and courteous when providing updates. This was an excellent experience!!!
