I was very happy with the quality of the repairs and customer service. Upon my first inspection of the finished repair job there was a cracked piece of plastic that I was not happy about. Darrin ensured a new piece was ordered and replaced to ensure the job was done correctly and up to my liking. At the end of the process, I was very pleased and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a 5/5 star experience!

My car is making loud noises whenever i press on the break or turn the wheel left or right . I called over the weekend i forgot they are closed . Will be calling Monday morning to get it checked out .

Everything was handled professionally. The regular updates could have had more information on the status other than time when the car would be ready. Perhaps it was because no additional parts were needed for the repair. Thank you -- Overall, pleased for a smooth repair.

I had a great experience dealing with the team at Ourisman Honda collision center. In particular, Dennis Messer. He was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He was always available anytime I needed to reach him and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this collision center to anyone. Great service.

My car was in the shop for 51 days due to a parts shortage that isn’t your fault. I was told my car was “only a few screws away from being ready once the parts come in.” But when I was told I could come pick up my car, the check engine light came on later that day. I took a look under the hood and parts were missing! The ability of my car to accelerate was greatly decreased. It’s dangerous for me to drive my car when I can’t speed up to the flow of traffic when merging on a highway. I expressed my concern about my car being unsafe to drive back to the shop to**** but Ourisman never offered to tow my car back to the shop even though this was their mistake. I got my car back in the shop by myself. I thought it would be as simple as already having the parts at the shop and just needing to put them in. But the parts that were missing weren’t even ordered. You had my car for 51 days waiting for parts to come in and you didn’t order these parts anytime during that period! Ourisman held my car for another day while waiting for parts. My boyfriend had to argue in order to get a rental car free of charge which Ourisman should have offered us as soon as this mistake was realized. It’s clear that my inspection was skipped the first time my car was handed back to me. When I got the car back the second time, the check engine light came on again. I took another day off work to bring my car in a third time to get the codes read, and was told to visit a Chevy dealership because it might not be related to my accident. I didn’t have any check engine lights on before my accident so I don’t find that likely. Very disappointed that Ourisman didn’t fulfill Geico’s promise of returning my vehicle to me in at least the condition it was before my accident. I wish I had gone somewhere else.
