My issue was not fully resolved. The back bumper is not even attached properly and rattles, I had two different claims (second one was never looked at) but they disregarded the entire undercarriage of the back end which was part of the claim they were handling. The passenger front tire pressure sensor is reflecting 0 psi the entire time and was not replaced. The engine now vibrates the entire car and was not addressed, the check engine light is one and anything above 45 mph you can feel a screening pattern in the gas pedal. There we screens in a bag left in the trunk with parts of the pulled off front end, just left in the trunk… I absolutely do not feel safe driving it. I’ve contacted them back and they can’t see me until September 12th. So ultimately the 3 month repair on my vehicle left me with an unusable vehicle and I am still awaiting resolution to these issues. It’s as if it was never test driven or the engine stress tested for any issues. Quite frankly I am dumbfounded as to why this wasn’t totaled out entirely. I have a daughter and I will not drive her around in this vehicle until it’s fixed.
