I am extremely unhappy with your failure to accept my check in payment for the repair. If this is your policy, you must advise your customer BEFORE he or she comes to pick up the vehicle.

Professional and courteous care. Staff worked with insurance company to approve additional repair cost not visible on surface. My car looked like new, both outside and inside. Process was easy with no stress. Highly recommend Gross and Sons to others.

Roseann was very attentive to my needs and what I was looking for in regard to the repair. Eddie was also willing to help me as well. I especially appreciate the use of the loaner vehicle. That, in itself, saved me over a thousand dollars. The body work and paint was spot on. I have no complaints.

I took my car back to Gross and Sons for a third time….because they did such a great job the first two accidents. Again, they were so meticulous and very detail-oriented. They made every effort to repair my original parts. Where they couldn’t, they replaced them with Honda parts. My one year old red Odyssey looks sparkly new again! These folks washed my car, but also cleaned the inside of my van. Three weeks was a bit to wait, but well worth it! Many thanks to Adam, this time.

Thank you for being so thorough in preparing the supplement. Even though I ended up totaling my car, I received a satisfactory settlement offer. I replaced my Model S with a new one, and it was delivered with a dent. So I'll be seeing you sometime in the next few months to get that straightened out.
