I know without a doubt I chose the right collision repair shop for the job. Adam Geiger consistently I feel, went above and beyond on so many different levels ie communications, setting expectations and several wow factors. In addition everyone who worked on my car - thank you thank you thank you! My baby Tess (Tesla Model 3) looks amazing. With all the electronic and suspension that went offline upon the collision and the seen and unseen damage - I can't express how confident I am with the work done. No extra noises, no electronic issues, the car is blemish free of any signs of any previous damage. I feel very blessed. Again, I know without a doubt I chose the right collision repair shop for the job. Thank you everyone at Gross & Son!!!!

Blonde lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and very rude to me while I was there as well as on the phone. I am contacting the owner about the experience I had there. I will not tolerate disrespect to an elder.

Thank you so so much to Terri, Adam, and Ival for their exceptional work and for making the experience easier than I anticipated. Everyone was so nice and so understanding and explained the process to me fully which made me feel better. A huge thank you to the repair crew that made the car look brand new. The job was impeccably done and I cannot thank the shop enough!

My issue was not fully resolved. The back bumper is not even attached properly and rattles, I had two different claims (second one was never looked at) but they disregarded the entire undercarriage of the back end which was part of the claim they were handling. The passenger front tire pressure sensor is reflecting 0 psi the entire time and was not replaced. The engine now vibrates the entire car and was not addressed, the check engine light is one and anything above 45 mph you can feel a screening pattern in the gas pedal. There we screens in a bag left in the trunk with parts of the pulled off front end, just left in the trunk… I absolutely do not feel safe driving it. I’ve contacted them back and they can’t see me until September 12th. So ultimately the 3 month repair on my vehicle left me with an unusable vehicle and I am still awaiting resolution to these issues. It’s as if it was never test driven or the engine stress tested for any issues. Quite frankly I am dumbfounded as to why this wasn’t totaled out entirely. I have a daughter and I will not drive her around in this vehicle until it’s fixed.
