Lots of Delays, & Confused Service Manager. I Left My car was left in Collision area. I was told ,they couldn't figure out how to do Anything that was Not Concerning the Body work. I had alerted Service Advisor , & supplied him with information from 2 different Mechanics to help solve, & Complete car issues. This went on for weeks ,with him insisting he waa Only a Collision dept, & had No idea about other issues. I continously begged him to transfer My car to Clay Cooley"s repair shop, but that never happened for the last month. Allstate was concerned about the delay, & called the Service Advisor, they said he was Rude to them, & just left them on hold for a Very long time. Allstate called back from a different line, & Service Advisor picked up, & had Never even transferred the call to a Manager as Promised. I have Never received a call concerning My car,& am constantly Emailing begging for updates, since Service Advisor explained he was confused how to handle the car issues.I received a email yesterday saying Clay Cooley would have to reach out for outside help, after it had just been sitting in the Collision Dept All this time. I was told it did Not help for Allstate to call the Dealership asking for an update. I waa told Not to have Allstate putting pressure on Clay Cooley, which they Absolutely were Not, they are Only doing there job, since they are Very involved with My car even being fixed with You guys. I Appreciate Any kind of help to have My car fixed Completely, & Correctly as Allstate agreed in the Very beginning last Month with Clay Cooley. Thank You Again, Your Appreciated.

Initial quote almost doubled despite no unexpected damage found. Initial timeline went from two to 6 days (took 2 days just to be put in the system). Overall, I will likely not return
