I had a less than acceptable experience with your shop. From poor communication, my pick up date being pushed back numerous times, to the repair taking 8 weeks, to me having to pay $1700 in rental costs due to how long the repair took (after my renters insurance), to stuff in my car being stolen, now to there STILL being issues with my vehicle after ALL of this. Completely unacceptable and a TERRIBLE experience.

Timely updates on my repair progress (especially after multiple timeline extensions) would have been helpful. Instead I frequently had to initiate contact to be told the repair progress was delayed. From the customer service standpoint, I felt that I was often forgotten or neglected to be updated. While I understand being busy and chain supply/weather delays, not receiving timely updates from staff was extremely frustrating. I feel if I didn’t initiate contact for updates my vehicle would have been delayed even longer in return.
